PROGRAM ITINERARY

Our program integrates sailing education, holistic healing practices and spiritual awareness. Team building is experienced throughout every voyage with participating of raising and trimming sails. The responsibility for self and others is taught while on ships’ watch. Mindfulness is constantly at work while on the ships wheel. These and many more life relating lessons wait out there on the sea. Our goal is to help create a positive shift in the mind in order to embrace healthy decision making so our voyagers can chart a new course in life.

 Sailing is the heart of the SeaTherapy™ program where voyagers will receive over 24+ hours of hands-on sailing aboard each introduction voyage.  Voyagers will learn how to sail and become an instrumental part of a team that crews one of our sailing vessels. Plenty of fun activities are also scheduled to enable our voyagers to enjoy nearby beaches, fishing, snorkeling and other water related activities.

By synergizing the mind, body & spirit, our voyagers will learn how to cope with life’s challenges and make healthy choices. Meditation is a core practice in our program and voyagers will engage in over 14+ hours of meditation per week where they will learn to calm the mind, center the body & strengthen their spirit.
